By navigating challenging experiences together, I help my clients understand that they are not broken; they are loved, important, and immensely valuable.

Welcome to a place of healing, transformation, and rediscovery.

In my therapy practice in Southlake, Texas, I am deeply committed to guiding individuals on their journey to self-discovery and emotional well-being. I understand that life can throw its fair share of challenges, and sometimes, it leaves us feeling as if we've been through it all. However, I firmly believe in the resilience of the human spirit. My favorite clients are those who possess the genuine desire to roll up their sleeves and actively engage in the process of healing. I'm here to support and guide them as they do the work required to mend the wounds, explore their true selves, and discover their inherent worth.

I'm not interested in superficial fixes; I aim for lasting change that stems from the core.

Therapy can lead to profound changes, newfound understanding, and self-discovery.

There's power in taking the first step of walking into your first session and embracing the glimmer of hope that you feel ignite deep within. There's something transformative about being heard, listened to, and truly understood.

It is in those therapeutic moments that you rediscover your worth (or sometimes discover it for the first time). Where you realized that you were valued and more than enough. In a trusting therapeutic space, you are able to find solace in the knowledge that someone cares enough to dive into your world.

I am an Enneagram 9 often seeking harmony and unity in all aspects of life. I thrive on maintaining a sense of inner and outer calm.

Married with two children (18 year old son and 6 year old daughter) and two rescue dogs.

I have seen a therapist throughout my life. My first experience with a therapist allowed me to feel seen, heard, and validated for the first time. That was when I realized there is great power in therapy.

I love journaling as a coping skill for self-reflection. There is a symbolic meaning behind opening and closing the journal; giving yourself permission to let go.
